SHEQ-IMS (Pty) Ltd is now an internationally recognised consulting business, having conducted work in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) on CHEMAF SA (2021), and with Kamoa Copper SA (2023).
SHEQ-IMS (Pty) Ltd assisted CHEMAF SA with an integrated Audit on ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 to determine their readiness for Certification. Director, Mandi van Zyl, assisted Kamoa Copper SHE Department with Process Mapping of Operational and Production processes.

Recently SHEQ-IMS (Pty) Ltd has branched into the provision of Skills Development Facilitation for Training companies in South Africa.
Skills Development Facilitation (SDF) is a service offered assist training centres and other organizations in planning, implementing, and managing their skills development programs. The main purpose of SDF services is to help organisations comply with the requirements of the South African Skills Development Act, which mandates that employers implement skills development programs to promote training and development opportunities for employees. SDF services include needs analysis, development of training plans, identification of suitable training providers, and assistance with accessing funding for skills development initiatives.
